In September Young Chevrolet gave a truck to the Ascend Alliance Organization to auction off at their Annual Benefit Gala. Ascend Alliance helps impoverished people in third world countries ascend out of poverty.
They work with those in need as partners, assisting with literacy programs, school construction, and the acquisition of books and supplies. They also work side-by-side in enterprise training, small business development, health training, medical and dental services, and in building health clinics.
The Annual Ascend Benefit Gala was a success and the proceeds from the truck that was auctioned off will be a huge blessing to many people.
